What the client wanted
One mark for a company that both rents property and builds it, readable on a site board at distance and on a letterhead up close, in a single colour so it can be printed cheaply at volume.
- Covers rental and construction in one symbol
- Works in a single colour for signage and stamps
- Room for the legal name as a strapline
What we did
The house is drawn as one continuous outline that turns into a crane arm at the roofline, so property and building share a single stroke. The wordmark stacks so it holds its shape on a narrow site board.
