Privacy Policy

What we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, who else can see it, and how to get it removed. Last updated 10 September 2026.

This policy covers theadseagle.com, run by The Ads Eagle. If you want anything here explained, or you want your data removed, write to support@theadseagle.com and we will answer within one working day.

We are a small marketing agency, not an advertising network. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

What we collect

The information this site receives.

When you ask us to call you back

The form on our contact page asks three things: which service you are interested in, roughly what monthly budget you are working with, and a name and phone number to reach you on. That is all of it. We do not ask for your email address there and there is no free text box.

Those answers are emailed to our team, and a copy is sent as a WhatsApp message to our sales number so that someone sees it quickly. Where that WhatsApp message is delivered through a third party relay service, your name, chosen service, budget and phone number pass through that provider in order to reach us.

We do not record the IP address the form was sent from. Automated submissions are filtered by a hidden field and a timing check instead, neither of which stores anything about you.

When you request a call

The booking form asks for your name, email, phone number, a preferred day and time, and what you would like to discuss. This one is both emailed to us and saved inside our website so that a message filtered as spam by our mail provider does not cost you a reply.

Those saved records are encrypted where they are stored, so that a copy of our database on its own does not reveal them.

When you use the chat window

The chat widget in the corner of the page is operated for us by ThinkStack. Anything you type into it is sent to and processed by ThinkStack rather than being handled on our own servers.

Automatically, as you browse

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which include your IP address, your browser type and the pages you request. These are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, and how you arrived. See the cookies section below.

Cookies

What gets stored in your browser.

Necessary cookies. One small cookie records whether you accepted or declined analytics, so we do not ask again on every page. It contains nothing but that choice and is set whichever way you answer.

Analytics cookies. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by a code. They last up to two years and let us count visitors and see which pages are useful. They are not set unless you accept, and declining does not change anything about the site.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings at any point.

Fonts. Page typefaces are requested from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. This happens before any cookie choice because it is part of loading the page itself. No cookie is set by it.

Who else sees it

The companies involved in running this site.

  • Hostinger hosts the website and our email, so enquiries pass through their servers.
  • Google provides Analytics and serves the fonts.
  • ThinkStack operates the chat widget.
  • A WhatsApp relay carries call back requests to our sales number.

That is the complete list. We do not pass your details to anyone else, and nobody buys advertising data from us.

How long we keep it

Retention, and how to be forgotten.

Enquiry emails stay in our inbox while you are a prospective or current client, and we clear out old ones periodically. Saved call requests are deleted once they are no longer needed. Analytics data is held by Google under their own retention settings.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email support@theadseagle.com. We will not ask you why, and we will confirm once it is done.

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, the law also gives you the right to object to processing, to request your data in a portable format, and to complain to your national data protection authority.

Security

How this information is protected.

The whole site runs over HTTPS. Saved call requests are encrypted where they are stored. Access to the website administration is limited to our own staff, protected by a password and a rate limit on repeated sign-in attempts.

No system is perfect. If we ever discover a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.

This policy explains our actual practice in plain language. It is not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by a solicitor. If you need a policy that has been checked against a specific jurisdiction, have one drafted professionally.
