Project work is quoted fixed-price after scoping. Ongoing marketing is a flat monthly retainer based on the work involved, not a percentage of your ad spend.

Retainers run month to month after an initial three-month period, which is roughly the minimum honest window to judge whether marketing work is succeeding.

You do, in every case. Ad accounts are created under your ownership, code is delivered to your repository and design source files are handed over. If we part ways, nothing is held hostage.

Yes. The work is delivered remotely and we already operate across time zones. Meetings are scheduled around your working hours.

Discovery usually begins within a week of agreement. Build timelines depend on scope and are confirmed in writing before work starts.

A monthly report tied to the goals agreed at the outset – cost per enquiry, return on spend, rankings, whatever the plan named – plus a short written summary of what changes next.
